1. Introduction

Welcome to Nomadic Wellness ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website: nomadicwellnesstlv@gmail.com and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access our services.

3. Services

We offer a range of wellness services, including but not limited to, wellness workshops, infrared sauna, ice plunge, lymphatic drainage, yoga classes, nutritional advice, and wellness retreats.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us or any other party.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Nomadic Wellness and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Refund and Return Policy

7.1 Services

  • Refunds for Services: We strive to provide excellent service, but if you are not satisfied with any of our services, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund on a drop-in session.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a service appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be refunded.

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for a scheduled service without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

  • Packages: All packages purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • 5-Session Packages: Expire 3 months from the start date.

    • 10-Session Packages: Expire 6 months from the start date.

7.2 Products

  • Returns: If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.​

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomadic Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of our services

  • Any unauthorized access or use of our servers

  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior  to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
